How It Works
We offer a free of charge preliminary search to determine the scope of your research and determine what resources and records are available.
Following the initial search, We will contact you by writing to confirm the focus and scope of your research and agree payment charges. We communicate on a regular basis with our customers to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of your research.
Once the research has been concluded, a final report is prepared, along with copies of original documents where possible, and sent to our clients detailing our analysis and findings.
Occasionally records are lost over time or destroyed. However, if we are unable to solve your research problems, we will detail the sources that have been consulted and suggest alternative avenues of research
